| You can download the weekly updates
for the Desktop Version of the Portfolio
Manager's Stock Selection Matrix (sm). The updates cover stock information up to the
closing of the date specified in the asofdate.txt file. You need to
setup a user account and password to download these files. Please
contact
us to set this up.
There are four
levels of
the Matrix update that can be downloaded. They are in the ZIP format. After
downloading the file, (usually in C:\MX directory) you have to unzip this file using WINZIP or a similar program in Windows.
MX.ZIP - Approx.

MB - Contains the main data file of the Matrix System and will
give you a current Matrix Update without any History Updates.
MXWEEK.ZIP - Approx.

MB - Contains the full weekly update for
the reduced Universe of Optionable stocks and 72 weeks of history. It is not necessary to run the sort utility after unzipping.
MXWEEK2.ZIP - Approx.
2.5 MB - Contains the full weekly update for
a Mid Cap Universe and 72 weeks of history. It is not necessary to run the sort utility after unzipping.
MXHIST.ZIP - Approx.
19.5
MB - Contains the Whole Universe of 8000 stocks with
10 yrs of history files as well as weekly
update. It is not
necessary to run the sort utility after unzipping this file.
MXSOFT.ZIP - Approx.
3.5
MB - Contains the software for Desk top
version of the Matrix System. By unzipping this file in
your PC Computer, you have to start with MXSYS.EXE file . After installing software, you can proceed for Update
download.
ASOFDATE.TXT - This text file specifies
the last date the Portfolio Manager's Stock Selection Matrix (sm) was updated.
